Our Story
In 1967, Italian immigrants Mario and David Perrotti opened a small butcher shop on Union Avenue in Cranford New Jersey. In the ensuing 55 years, the brothers expanded their offerings to include prepared meals made with family recipes and establish Perrotti’s Quality Meats as a local icon.
After several years working with his father at the original shop in Cranford, Michael and his brother Mario Jr. brought their family's passion to Far Hills in 2008. Since then, we’ve had the pleasure to cook alongside talented chefs to who have brought their own unique culinary traditions to our kitchen. We’re honored to offer their dishes as prepared meals alongside our own family recipes to help our customers bring the world to their table.
